An excellent all-climate sock with a medium cushion standard weight, our Defender Socks are ideal for any climate. Made of versatile merino wool with sweat-wicking properties while keeping the feet warm, an extra medium cushion is also built-in to surround the entire foot and leg. A reinforced heel, toe, ankle, and arch provide extra support for longer hikes, and a terry loop cushioning surrounds the entire foot and leg of the sock keeping everything firmly in place to prevent extra rubbing.
